Requirements:
Valid Certificate of Proficiency (CoP)
Valid STCW certification
Valid medical certificate
Marlins English test certificate
Crane Operator Stage 2 / 3 certificate (required for Bosun / Crane Operator roles)
Previous experience in the same rank on OSV /SOV vessels preferred
Good command of English
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
