Job Description
DMC Offshore Croatia is recruiting experienced offshore professionals for current and upcoming offshore projects across Europe. The company is seeking qualified marine, engineering, deck, lifting, and technical personnel to support offshore construction, cable-laying, and marine operations.
An urgent requirement is available for Barge Masters to join a shallow-water Cable-Laying Project in Germany, with immediate mobilization.
Successful candidates will work on offshore construction vessels, barges, and support units while ensuring safe and efficient operations in accordance with international offshore and maritime standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support offshore marine and construction operations
- Maintain navigational, engineering, and lifting equipment
- Participate in cable-laying and offshore support activities
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and offshore safety standards
- Participate in emergency drills and toolbox meetings
- Work effectively within multinational offshore teams
- Maintain operational readiness throughout project duration
Requirements
General Requirements
- EU Residency is mandatory
- Previous offshore experience in the applied position
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
- Additional offshore certifications relevant to the position (where applicable)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
Barge Master (Urgent Position)
- Previous experience as Barge Master
- Experience on offshore cable-laying or shallow-water projects preferred
- Available for immediate mobilization to Germany
