Job Description
Ires Ship Management LLP is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join Crew Boats operating under a Saudi Aramco (ARAMCO) Project.
The company is seeking experienced deck officers, engineering personnel, and deck ratings with proven Crew Boat experience. Candidates with previous ARAMCO-approved experience will have an additional advantage.

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
Perform duties according to the assigned rank and company procedures. Support safe Crew Boat and offshore marine operations. Conduct navigation, watchkeeping, mooring, and passenger support activities as applicable. Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and deck equipment. Carry out planned maintenance and routine inspections. Support safe crew-transfer and offshore support operations. Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings. Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, ISM Code, ARAMCO procedures, and company HSE standards. Maintain vessel operational readiness throughout the project. Requirements General Requirements Previous Crew Boat experience is mandatory. ARAMCO approval is an additional advantage. Valid COC / Certificate of Competency where applicable. Valid COP / Certificate of Proficiency where applicable. Valid CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate). Valid Passport. Valid STCW certification package. Valid medical fitness certificate. Valid Marlins Test Certificate with: Minimum 80% overall score Minimum 60% in each section Good English communication skills. Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities. Physically and medically fit for offshore service. Position-Specific Requirements
Valid AB COP. Previous Crew Boat or offshore deck experience.
Oiler
Valid engine-rating certification as applicable. Previous Crew Boat/offshore engine-room experience preferred.
