Job Description:
Harbor Star Shipping Services, Inc. is currently hiring qualified maritime professionals to join its domestic tugboat fleet. Opportunities are available for both deck and engine crew, as well as project-based positions. Successful candidates will work in a professional maritime environment, supporting safe and efficient vessel operations while complying with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing duties according to the assigned onboard position.
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of tugboats and onboard equipment.
- Maintaining compliance with company procedures and maritime safety regulations.
- Working effectively as part of the vessel crew.
- Supporting daily vessel operations and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Valid and up-to-date maritime documents.
- Valid STCW certificates (as applicable).
- Medical fitness certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications required for the applied position.
