• Navigating and operating towing tugs safely in compliance with international maritime regulations
• Performing watchkeeping and operational duties according to rank and vessel requirements
• Maintaining vessel machinery and electrical systems (for engineering and electro-technical roles)
• Assisting in towing and mooring operations
• Ensuring vessel safety and compliance with company procedures

• Valid STCW certificates and relevant licenses for each rank
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proven experience in towing tug operations or similar vessels
• Proficiency in English communication
• Ability to work in offshore and demanding operational environments
