Job Description:

Vegumi is currently hiring crew for Tug Boat operating on a domestic trade route between Mandaue and Ormoc.
The vessel is engaged in regular domestic operations, and the company is looking for qualified and experienced crew to join immediately.

Open positions include:

• AB – 2 vacancies
• Chief Mate – Boat
• Captain / Minor Patron
• Patron

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Safe navigation and operation of tug boat on domestic routes
 • Assisting in towing, maneuvering, and deck operations
 • Watchkeeping and compliance with maritime safety regulations
 • Maintenance of deck equipment and vessel readiness
 • Ensuring safety of crew, vessel, and cargo

Requirements:

• Valid DCOC
• Valid SIRB (with at least 1 year validity prior to expiration)
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Relevant license and certification for the applied position
• Experience on tug boats or similar vessels (preferred)
