We are currently recruiting experienced and qualified seafarers to join our Tug Operations Project in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. This project supports offshore towing, barge handling, and port operations. Candidates must have relevant experience on tugboats or similar vessels, valid maritime documents, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Crew members will be responsible for the safe navigation, operation, and maintenance of tugs engaged in towing and port operations. Work will be performed under international safety standards and company procedures to ensure smooth, efficient, and secure operations.

• Safe operation of tug vessels during towing, mooring, and harbor movements
• Compliance with company HSE, ISM, and port regulations
• Routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of deck and engine equipment
• Supporting towline, wire handling, and vessel maneuvering activities
• Maintaining discipline, professionalism, and coordination among crew members
• Valid STCW Certificates and Seaman Book
• Relevant experience on tugboats or harbor operations
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Good command of English (Marlins or equivalent preferred)
• All documents valid for at least 12 months
• High awareness of safety procedures and teamwork
