Crew members will participate in all aspects of offshore operations, including navigation, dynamic positioning, cargo handling, maintenance, and marine support. Roles require technical competence, teamwork, and adherence to international maritime standards under STCW, ISM, and company HSE procedures.

• Valid STCW Certificates and Seaman’s Book
• Certificate of Competency (COC) appropriate to the rank
• Offshore medical fitness certificate (STCW / OGUK)
• Minimum experience in offshore vessels (AHTS, PSV, DSV, etc.)
• Good English proficiency (Marlins / CES preferred)
• All certificates and documents must be valid for at least 6 months
