Location: Domestic / Inter-Island Operations
Job Description
We are currently hiring qualified and experienced crew members for deployment onboard a Tugboat Vessel operating on domestic and inter-island routes.
Candidates must hold the required maritime licenses and have relevant experience in tugboat or similar vessel operations.

• Chief Mate – Boat Captain License (1)
• Chief Engineer – MEM 2 License (1)
• 2nd Engineer – MDM 1 / MEM 1 License (1)
• 3rd Engineer – MEM 3 License (1)
• Able Bodied Seaman (5)
• Oiler (5)
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in towing operations and vessel maneuvering
• Ensuring safe navigation and compliance with maritime regulations
• Operating and maintaining engine room machinery and equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and safety procedures onboard
• Supporting overall vessel operations and teamwork
Requirements
• Valid maritime licenses and STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Experience on tugboat or similar vessels preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Complete and valid seafarer documents
