Salary:
Rigger: AED 1,680–2,520 + Overtime
Banksman: AED 840–1,260 + Overtime
Erector: AED 1,680–2,520
Flagman: AED 1,200–1,800 + Overtime
Concrete Pump Assistant: AED 1,200–1,800 + Overtime

Job Description:
A leading precast concrete construction and infrastructure company in the UAE is recruiting experienced construction personnel for a long-term precast infrastructure project. The project involves lifting, precast installation, concrete operations, and site support activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Shortlisting is currently in progress, with face-to-face client interviews scheduled in Kochi, India, on 13th and 14th July 2026

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform assigned duties according to the position and project requirements.
Support lifting, erection, precast installation, and construction activities.
Follow site safety regulations and company HSE procedures.
Work effectively with supervisors and project teams.
Maintain safe and efficient operations on site.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in lifting, erection, precast, or concrete construction activities.
Knowledge of construction safety procedures.
GCC experience is preferred.
Candidates with relevant Indian construction experience are also encouraged to apply.
Physically fit for site work.
Basic English communication skills.
