Job Description:
We are currently recruiting crew for multiple ongoing offshore projects across Europe through Select Offshore.
The roles are related to offshore construction and installation operations, including welding, lifting operations, cable laying, excavation, and pipelay support activities.
Multiple deployments are scheduled for April and May 2026, with additional mobilisations continuing into end of June 2026. Candidates must be ready to join according to project timelines and comply with offshore safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and project requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing welding, fabrication, and structural repair works offshore
• Operating cranes and heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently
• Supporting cable lay and pipelay installation operations
• Operating excavators in offshore or nearshore project environments
• Assisting deck operations, rigging activities, and general offshore tasks
• Strict adherence to offshore safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
Open Positions:
• Welder (Multiple deployments in April & May 2026)
• Crane Operator (Start date: 26.04.2026 – cable lay experience required)
• Excavator Operator (Start: End of June 2026 – UK Work Permit required)
• Able Seaman / Rigger (Mid-May deployment – pipelay experience required)
Requirements:
• Relevant offshore certifications (e.g. BOSIET/FOET, medical fitness)
• Proven offshore experience in relevant discipline
• Cable lay and/or pipelay experience required for specific roles
• Valid EU nationality required for selected positions (as specified)
• UK Work Permit required for Excavator Operator role
• Good understanding of offshore safety procedures and English communication
