Location: Offshore / Cable Laying Operations

Job Description:

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced offshore personnel to join a Cable Laying Vessel operating worldwide. Selected candidates will support safe and efficient vessel operations, including navigation, deck operations, cable handling, mechanical and electrical systems, and hospitality duties. The roles require strict compliance with offshore safety standards, company procedures, and international maritime regulations.

This opportunity is ideal for offshore professionals with prior experience on cable lay or similar offshore vessels, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a demanding offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensure safe operation of vessel systems and equipment according to role
• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned machinery
• Support deck, cable lay, and lifting operations, as applicable
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and HSE compliance onboard
• Record and report operational activities, defects, and incidents to the supervisory team

Open Positions & Requirements:

Deck & Navigation:

• Master SDPO – Valid Master CoC, DP2/SDPO, STCW, offshore experience
• 2nd Officer DPO – Valid 2nd Officer CoC, DP2/Advanced, STCW, offshore experience

Engineering:

• 2nd Engineer – Valid CoC, STCW, engine room experience
• 3rd Engineer – Valid CoC, STCW, engine room experience
• ETO DPM – STCW, DPM/DP maintenance, high voltage knowledge

Cable & Deck Operations:

• Cable Lay Superintendent – Extensive cable lay experience, project coordination skills
• Bosun – STCW, deck operations experience, supervision of deck crew
• AB / OS / Motorman / Oiler – STCW, offshore experience, ratings certificates
• Crane Operator / Equipment Operator / Winch Operator – Valid certification, offshore experience, safety awareness
• Deck Foreman / Rigger – OPITO, offshore experience, rigging certificates

Catering & Accommodation:

• Cook / Night Cook / Baker / Steward – STCW, offshore catering or steward experience, English communication

Requirements (General for All Positions):

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• OPITO offshore certificates (if applicable)
• National Seaman’s Book
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous offshore or cable lay vessel experience is advantageous
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team-based offshore environment
