Job Description:
AugusteA Intcrews Indonesia is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers to join Crew Boat / Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) operations.
The company is seeking candidates for both deck and engine department positions. The estimated joining date is ASAP, with a 6-month contract. Previous experience on Crew Boat / CTV vessels is preferred.
Open Positions:
Master – USD 6,800/month
Chief Engineer – USD 5,300/month
Officer of the Watch (Deck) – USD 3,400/month
Deck Rating / Cook – USD 1,500/month
Deck Rating – USD 1,250/month
Engine Rating (Oiler) – USD 1,250/month
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Safely operate and maintain the vessel in accordance with company procedures and maritime regulations.
Perform assigned deck, engine room, watchkeeping, maintenance, and operational duties according to rank.
Support safe crew transfer and offshore vessel operations.
Maintain a high standard of onboard safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
Work effectively as part of a professional multicultural maritime crew.
Requirements:
Indonesian nationality / Indonesian seafarers only
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC), where applicable to the position
Valid medical fitness certificate / medically fit for sea service
Good English communication skills
Previous experience on Crew Boat / Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) is preferred
Relevant experience in the applied rank
Ability to work safely and effectively in an offshore maritime environment
