Shipworkz is expanding its talent pool for upcoming offshore and marine projects involving Work Boats operating in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia.

The company is seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals across deck, engine, crane, rigging, medical, and catering departments. Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting vessel operations, deck activities, cargo handling, machinery maintenance, lifting operations, onboard medical support, and catering services in full compliance with company procedures, Saudi Aramco regulations, and international maritime safety standards.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with offshore experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in demanding offshore environments.

Candidates with prior Middle East experience and Saudi Aramco approval will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Performing deck operations, mooring, cargo handling, and vessel maintenance
• Supporting crane lifting and rigging operations (Crane Operator, Rigger)
• Assisting engine room operations, machinery maintenance, and repairs (Oiler, Wiper, Fitter)
• Ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations in accordance with company procedures
• Providing onboard medical care and emergency response support (Medic)
• Preparing meals and maintaining galley hygiene standards (Chief Cook, Cook, Messboy)
• Maintaining cleanliness and accommodation areas (Steward)
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, ISM Code, and offshore safety regulations
• Maintaining effective communication and teamwork onboard

Requirements

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• Previous experience in the applied rank on Work Boats or offshore vessels
• Middle East / Saudi Arabia offshore experience preferred
• Saudi Aramco–approved crew highly desirable
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Strong safety awareness and offshore operational experience
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in multinational offshore environments
