SEABIRD Ship Management, Inc. is recruiting qualified and experienced deck and engine crew for Multipurpose Tug operations.
The vessel operates within the Philippines and Palau under international maritime standards, requiring professionalism, safety awareness, and effective teamwork.

- Able Seaman (AB) — 10
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer (C/E) — 5
- Second Engineer (2/E) — 3
- Engine Officer (E/O) — 5
- Oiler — 10
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Safe navigation and operation of multipurpose tug vessels
- Maintenance and operation of deck and engine equipment
- Compliance with maritime safety, environmental, and operational regulations
- Effective teamwork within assigned department
- Participation in drills, training, and onboard safety programs
Requirements
- Valid STCW certificates
- Relevant experience in the applied rank and vessel type
- Good command of English communication
- Valid travel documents
