Job Description:

We are currently hiring qualified and experienced seafarers for Tug Boat open roles. Our client operates a modern fleet of ASD tugs, conventional tugs, and towing vessels supporting harbour, coastal, and offshore operations. Candidates must hold valid documentation and have proven experience on tug boats or towing vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Captain / Chief Mate / Mate:

· Safe navigation, towing operations, and vessel management
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and client HSEQ requirements

DP Operator (Junior and Senior):

· Dynamic positioning operations for tug and offshore support activities
· Monitoring and maintaining vessel position using DP systems

Chief Engineer / Second Engineer / Third Engineer:

· Management of engine room operations, maintenance, and repair of propulsion and auxiliary machinery

Electro Technical Officer (ETO):

· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and electronic systems

Bosun / AB:

· Supervision of deck crew, mooring operations, towing support, and routine maintenance

Motorman / Oiler:

· Engine room watchkeeping, lubrication, and maintenance of mechanical equipment

Cook / Steward:

· Meal preparation, food stock management, hygiene compliance, and catering support

General Requirements (all positions):

· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience on tug boats, towing vessels, or similar in a similar position
· DP Operator: Valid DP certificate required (Junior/Senior as applicable)
