Job Description
Aavishka Shipping Management is urgently recruiting experienced offshore professionals to join its fleet of Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUB/Liftboats) operating on the Saudi Aramco Project.
The company is seeking highly qualified marine, engineering, deck, lifting, and technical personnel with proven offshore jack-up barge experience. Successful candidates will support offshore construction, maintenance, and marine operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and company procedures
- Support safe offshore marine and construction operations
- Maintain navigational, engineering, lifting, and mechanical systems
- Participate in maintenance, inspections, and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco procedures, ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and company HSE policies
- Participate in emergency drills and toolbox meetings
- Maintain operational documentation and equipment readiness
- Work effectively within a multinational offshore team
Requirements
General Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of actual experience in the applied rank onboard Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUB/Liftboats)
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
- All documents must remain valid for 12–14 months
- Good English communication skills
- Candidates must not hold a valid Saudi Arabia Iqama (KSA Residence Visa)
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Position-Specific Requirements
Master / Chief Engineer
- Valid Marlins English Test from an approved Marlins testing centre
- Valid Certificate of Competency
Able Seaman (AB)
- Valid National Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
Mechanic / Motorman
- Valid National Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
Crane Operator
- Valid AB Certificate of Proficiency
- Crane Operator Stage-3 Certificate
Welder / Fitter
- Previous offshore fabrication and welding experience on SPJUB/Liftboats
