OSM Shipping Phils., Inc. is seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals to join an Offshore Vessel.
The recruitment is open for positions across deck, technical, mechanical, electrical, and IT departments. Candidates must have previous offshore experience relevant to the position they are applying for.
Successful candidates will be expected to perform their duties safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures, vessel requirements, and applicable maritime standards.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Performing assigned duties according to rank, position, and department onboard the offshore vessel.
Supporting safe and efficient vessel operations, maintenance, and daily offshore activities.
Maintaining assigned machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and working areas in good operating condition.
Following company HSE, safety, environmental, security, and emergency procedures.
Cooperating effectively with officers, crew members, and offshore personnel.
Previous offshore experience is required.
Relevant experience in the applied position.
Valid STCW certificates, where applicable.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid seafarer and travel documents.
Relevant qualifications and certificates for the applied position.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an offshore vessel crew.
