Job Description
PACC Shipping Phils. Inc. is currently seeking experienced and qualified seafarers to join its fleet of Offshore Support Vessels.
The company is recruiting professional officers, engineers, ratings, crane operators, and catering personnel for vessels engaged in offshore marine operations. Successful candidates will support safe navigation, engineering, lifting operations, cargo handling, accommodation support, and vessel maintenance while maintaining full compliance with international maritime and offshore safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for offshore professionals with previous experience onboard DP and offshore support vessels.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to the assigned rank onboard offshore support vessels
- Support safe navigation, engineering, lifting, and cargo operations
- Maintain vessel machinery, deck equipment, and offshore systems
- Participate in offshore operations while following company HSE procedures
- Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and offshore operational standards
- Work effectively within a multinational offshore crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Minimum 24 months of onboard experience in the applied rank
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Previous experience onboard one or more of the following vessel types:
- DP Offshore Support Vessel (DPO)
- AHTS
- OSV
- PSV
- MUV
- Accommodation Vessel
- Valid passport
- Valid seaman's book
- Valid medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service
