We are actively recruiting experienced offshore professionals for ongoing and upcoming offshore heavy lift and marine operations across Europe, the United Kingdom, and Nigeria. These positions support critical offshore lifting, marine, and vessel support activities.

This opportunity is ideal for qualified offshore personnel with relevant heavy lift, crane, marine, and technical experience who are ready to join international offshore projects in a professional and safety-focused environment.

Start Dates: March 2026 (ASAP and scheduled mobilizations)

Open Positions

Deck and Crane Operations:

• Heavy Lift Crane Operator (2000T+ Crane Experience Required) 
• Bosun / Crane Operator 
• Chief Mate 

Technical and Fabrication:

• Structural Welder 

Catering and Deck Ratings (Nigeria Nationals Preferred):

• Able Seaman
• Cook
• Steward

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy lift cranes safely and efficiently during offshore lifting operations
• Support deck operations, cargo handling, and lifting coordination
• Perform welding and structural fabrication work as required
• Maintain equipment and operational readiness according to offshore standards
• Ensure compliance with offshore safety regulations and lifting procedures
• Assist with vessel operations and daily offshore activities
• Support safe and efficient offshore project execution

Requirements:

• Proven offshore experience in the applied position
• Heavy Lift Crane Operators must have experience operating cranes with 2000-ton capacity or higher
• Valid STCW certification (for marine crew positions)
• Valid offshore and technical certifications relevant to the applied role
• Strong understanding of offshore safety procedures and compliance
• Valid seafarer medical certificate
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multinational teams
• Nigeria-based positions may require Nigerian nationality or work authorization
