Job Description

OSM Thome is currently recruiting qualified and experienced offshore professionals to join its fleet of Dive Support Vessels (DSV) and Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) operating on international offshore projects.

The company is seeking experienced deck officers, engineers, electro-technical personnel, deck ratings, engine ratings, and hotel staff to support safe and efficient offshore operations while maintaining full compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.

Successful candidates should possess previous DSV, PSV, or offshore vessel experience, valid maritime certifications, and strong English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on rank, duties may include:

• Perform duties according to assigned rank and company procedures.
• Support safe offshore vessel operations and project activities.
• Maintain navigational, engineering, electrical, and deck equipment.
• Participate in cargo handling, maintenance, engine room, or hospitality operations depending on the assigned position.
• Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE policies.
• Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training.
• Maintain operational readiness throughout offshore operations.
• Work effectively within a multinational offshore crew environment.

Requirements

General Requirements

• Previous experience in the applied rank onboard DSV, PSV, or Offshore Support Vessels preferred.
• Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (where applicable).
• Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
• Physically and medically fit for offshore service.
