Job Description:
BSM Croatia is recruiting qualified offshore personnel for a CSOV (Construction Service Operation Vessel) project commencing in early February in Norway.
This offshore project requires experienced crew with strong DP background and, for deck officers, Walk to Work operational experience. The vessel operates under offshore working conditions, supporting construction and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Safe navigation and vessel operations in DP mode
• Offshore project support operations, including Walk to Work activities
• Maintenance and operation of vessel, machinery, and offshore equipment
• Compliance with company safety management system and offshore regulations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Offshore experience required for all ranks
• Walk to Work experience required for all deck officers
• DP certification as per position (DP Unlimited / DP Maintenance / Basic DP + 30 DP days)
