Hiring for Crew Boat / Crew Transfer Vessel

Job Description:

Augustea Intcrews Indonesia is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers to join its expanding Crew Boat / Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) fleet. We are seeking dedicated maritime professionals who are ready to work in a dynamic offshore environment and contribute to safe and efficient crew transportation operations.

Successful candidates should possess valid maritime certifications, relevant experience, and strong English communication skills. Previous experience onboard Crew Boats or Crew Transfer Vessels is highly preferred.

Open Positions:

Master 
Chief Engineer
Officer of the Watch (Deck) 
Deck Rating / Cook
Deck Rating 
Engine Rating (Oiler) 

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Performing duties according to the assigned rank while ensuring the safe operation of the vessel. 
•  Maintaining compliance with company procedures and international maritime regulations. 
•  Supporting navigation, engineering, deck, or catering operations as applicable. 
•  Participating in vessel maintenance, emergency drills, and safety inspections. 
•  Promoting teamwork and maintaining high standards of operational safety. 

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW Certificates. 
•  Valid Certificate of Competency (COC), where applicable. 
•  Valid Medical Fitness Certificate. 
•  Good English communication skills. 
• Nationality: Indonesian Seafarers only.
•  Previous experience on Crew Boat / Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) is preferred. 
•  Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.

• Contract Duration: 6 Months 
• Joining Date: ASAP
