Job Description:
We are currently recruiting qualified crew for ASD Tug vessels through Spectrum Manning Agency Inc. The project involves operations on modern ASD tugboats supporting harbor and offshore towing activities. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic marine environment with strict adherence to safety and operational procedures. Open positions include: Master, Chief Mate, Chief Engineer, 2nd Engineer, 3rd Engineer, Able Seaman (AB), Cook, and Oiler (OLR). Previous experience on ASD Tug vessels is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and operation of the vessel during towing and harbor operations
• Maintenance and monitoring of engine room and deck equipment
• Compliance with international maritime safety regulations and company procedures
• Assisting in mooring, towing, and daily vessel operations
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of assigned areas
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience on ASD Tug vessels is mandatory
• Minimum relevant experience in the applied position
