Helder Maritiem is currently recruiting experienced maritime professionals to join a fleet of Tug Boats and Multicats operating on international offshore and marine projects.

The company is seeking qualified officers, engineers, deck crew, technical personnel, cadets, and catering staff to support towing operations, offshore construction support, harbor assistance, and marine logistics while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform duties according to the assigned rank onboard Tug Boats and Multicats
  • Support towing, offshore construction, cargo handling, and harbor operations
  • Operate and maintain vessel equipment and machinery
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections
  • Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures
  • Participate in emergency drills and toolbox meetings
  • Maintain operational readiness and work effectively within a multinational crew

Requirements

General Requirements

  • Previous experience in the applied position
  • Tug Boat, Multicat, AHTS, or Offshore Support Vessel experience preferred
  • Valid STCW 2010 certification package
  • Valid Certificate of Competency (where applicable)
  • Valid passport
  • Valid seaman's book
  • Valid medical certificate
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
  • Physically and medically fit for sea service
