At Shipworkz, we are expanding our talent pool for upcoming offshore and nearshore projects and are looking to connect with skilled and experienced maritime professionals with background on Work Boats.
These roles support offshore construction, maintenance, logistics, and marine operations. We are particularly interested in candidates with Middle East / KSA experience, especially those holding Saudi Aramco approval.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong safety awareness, technical competence, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.

As per company policy and rank, responsibilities may include:
• Safe operation and navigation of Work Boats
• Support of offshore construction and marine activities
• Watchkeeping duties in compliance with STCW and company procedures
• Supervision of deck, engine, and lifting operations
• Maintenance of machinery, deck equipment, and safety systems
• Compliance with ISM, HSE, and client safety requirements
• Effective teamwork in a multicultural offshore environment
• Valid STCW certificates as per applied rank
• Rank-specific experience on Work Boats or similar vessels
• Middle East / KSA experience preferred
• Saudi Aramco–approved crew highly desirable
• Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety mindset and professional attitude
• Contract Type: Project-based / Rotational (to be advised)
