Job Description:
A leading offshore operator is recruiting experienced seafarers for the Brunei Shell Project onboard Anchor Handling Tug (AHT) vessels.
The company is looking for qualified officers, engineers, ratings, and galley personnel with proven AHT vessel experience. Candidates must possess valid MARINA Certificates of Proficiency (COP) and Certificates of Competency (COC) appropriate to their rank. A minimum of 24 months of experience on AHT vessels is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
For Officers & Engineers:
- Conduct safe vessel operations during anchor handling, towing, and offshore support activities.
- Maintain navigational, propulsion, deck, and engine equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and client HSE requirements.
- Supervise offshore operations and coordinate emergency response activities.
- Maintain operational records and ensure safe and efficient vessel performance.
For Ratings:
- Perform deck or engine duties according to the assigned rank.
- Participate in anchor handling, towing, mooring, cargo, and offshore support operations.
- Carry out maintenance, cleaning, painting, greasing, and repair of deck and engine equipment.
- Assist officers and engineers during routine maintenance and emergency situations.
- Comply with company safety procedures and participate in emergency drills.
For Galley Crew:
- Prepare and serve meals for the crew in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley, pantry, mess room, and food storage areas.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory control, and proper storage of provisions.
- Operate galley equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 24 months of experience on AHT vessels.
- Valid MARINA COP & COC appropriate for the applied rank.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous offshore experience is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a multicultural offshore environment.
