Job Description
WestCrew Marine is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced Ghanaian seafarers to join a DP2 Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating on offshore support projects.
The company is seeking experienced engineering, deck, and catering personnel to support safe and efficient offshore operations. Candidates with previous PSV or offshore vessel experience are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned rank and company procedures.
- Support safe DP2 offshore vessel operations.
- Assist with cargo, deck, mooring, and supply operations.
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, deck, and technical equipment as applicable.
- Carry out planned maintenance and routine inspections.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout the voyage.
- Support catering and accommodation services where applicable.
- Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and company HSE procedures.
- Work effectively within a professional offshore crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Ghanaian nationality only.
- Previous PSV / offshore vessel experience preferred.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification relevant to the position.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) and required endorsements for officer positions.
- Valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) where applicable.
- Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service.
- Ready to join according to company requirements.
Position-Specific Requirements
Third Engineer
- Valid Third Engineer CoC and required endorsements.
- Relevant engine-room experience on PSV/offshore vessels preferred.
Motorman / Fitter
- Valid engine-rating certification as applicable.
- Previous engine-room or mechanical experience preferred.
Bosun
- Previous Bosun or senior deck-rating experience.
- Valid deck rating certification.
Able Seaman (AB)
- Valid AB Certificate of Proficiency.
- Previous PSV/offshore deck experience preferred.
Cook / Steward
- Previous shipboard or offshore catering/hospitality experience.
- Relevant food hygiene certification where applicable.
