Job Description
Two Offshore Marine, a 100% Malaysian-owned offshore services and solutions provider, is currently recruiting qualified and experienced offshore crew to join an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS Non-DP) vessel for the PCSB project at the Kasawari Field.
The company is seeking experienced deck officers, engineering personnel, electricians, deck ratings, and catering crew. Candidates with valid OSP PETRONAS are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and vessel procedures.
- Support safe AHTS and offshore marine operations.
- Conduct navigation, anchor handling, towing, mooring, cargo, and deck activities as applicable.
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, electrical, deck, and safety equipment.
- Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, and technical repairs.
- Support offshore supply and field-support operations.
- Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness.
- Prepare meals and support catering and accommodation services where applicable.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, emergency drills, and offshore training.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, PETRONAS requirements, and company HSE procedures.
- Maintain effective teamwork within a professional offshore crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Sarawakian candidates only.
- Valid Sarawak Work Permit is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of sea-time experience.
- Previous AHTS / offshore vessel experience preferred.
- Complete and valid maritime certificates.
- Valid STCW certification, including BT-PSSR.
- Valid Seaman Card / Seaman's Book.
- Valid Marine Medical Certificate.
- Valid Passport.
- Valid T-BOSIET.
- Valid CA-EBS.
- Valid PMU Medical Offshore.
- Fully vaccinated, including required booster.
- Valid offshore safety and position-specific certificates.
- Valid OSP PETRONAS preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service.
Position-Specific Requirements
Master / Chief Officer / Second Officer
- Valid Officer Certificate of Competency appropriate to the position.
- Relevant AHTS / offshore experience.
- OSP PETRONAS preferred.
Chief Engineer / Second Engineer / Third Engineer
- Valid Engineer CoC appropriate to the rank.
- Relevant AHTS / offshore engine-room experience.
- OSP PETRONAS preferred where applicable.
Electrician
- Relevant marine electrical qualification.
- Previous offshore vessel electrical experience preferred.
Bosun / Able Bodied Seaman
- Valid deck rating certification.
- Previous AHTS / anchor-handling experience preferred.
Oiler
- Valid engine-room rating certification.
- Relevant offshore vessel experience preferred.
Steward / Cook
- Previous shipboard or offshore catering experience.
- Relevant food hygiene certification where applicable.
