Crew to join W2W Vessels

We are expanding our fleet of state-of-the-art Walk-to-Work (W2W) vessels and are seeking experienced and motivated offshore professionals. These vessels support offshore platforms and renewable energy operations using motion-compensated gangway systems for safe personnel transfer.

Previous W2W vessel experience is required due to the specialized nature of gangway operations, offshore logistics coordination, and safety management.

Key Responsibilities (General):

• Safe execution of operations in accordance with company and offshore safety procedures
 • Collaboration with dynamic positioning operations and offshore support teams
 • Participation in cargo, personnel transfer, gangway operations, and deck/engine tasks
 • Proper watchkeeping and documentation as per rank
 • Maintaining safe working practices and contributing to HSE initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid STCW Certificates & Seaman’s Book
 • Medical fitness certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
 • Proven experience on W2W vessels (mandatory)
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in offshore team environments
• Good English communication skills
