Job Description
PT Setya Dharma Maritim Manajemen is currently seeking qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers to join a Self Propelled Barge (SPB) equipped with two offshore cranes for an upcoming offshore project in Guinea, West Africa.
Selected candidates will support vessel navigation, cargo and crane operations, engine room management, machinery maintenance, deck operations, catering services, and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, STCW standards, and company HSE procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced SPB professionals with previous West Africa experience who are ready to join an international offshore project.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe Self Propelled Barge operations
- Perform navigational watchkeeping and vessel operations
- Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Conduct cargo handling, mooring, and crane operations
- Perform deck maintenance, machinery repairs, and fabrication work
- Prepare meals and maintain galley hygiene standards
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, STCW requirements, and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Indonesian nationality
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package (BST MSC 560)
- Minimum 24 months of experience onboard Self Propelled Barges (SPB) in the applied rank
- Previous West Africa experience is mandatory
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Valid medical certificate
- Valid passport and seaman book
- All certificates and documents must remain valid for at least 18 months
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service
