Job Description
PT. Benteng Marine Service is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join Crewboat Vessels operating on offshore and coastal projects worldwide.
Successful candidates will support safe vessel navigation, engine room operations, deck maintenance, cargo handling, and onboard catering while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and company HSE procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals with previous Crewboat, Tug Boat, or Workboat experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe crewboat operations during voyages and offshore assignments
- Perform navigational and engine room watchkeeping duties according to rank
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and deck machinery
- Carry out deck maintenance, mooring, and cargo operations
- Prepare meals and maintain galley hygiene standards (AB Cook)
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with STCW requirements, company HSE policies, and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience onboard Crewboat, Tug Boat, or Workboat
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Third Engineer position
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- All certificates must remain valid for at least 15 months
- Good English communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the applied position
- Excellent safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
