Job Description

We are inviting applications from experienced Brunei national offshore professionals for upcoming assignments onboard a Walk-to-Work (W2W) vessel operated by our client's offshore fleet.

We are recruiting personnel across deck operations, rigging, gangway operations, crane operations, medical services and offshore safety.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years (24 months) of relevant experience in the rank they are applying for and submit an updated CV detailing their vessel experience.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

• Perform all duties associated with the assigned rank in accordance with company procedures.
• Support safe and efficient Walk-to-Work vessel operations.
• Carry out deck maintenance, mooring and general vessel operations as applicable.
• Assist with rigging, lifting and cargo-handling activities.
• Operate and monitor gangway systems in accordance with operational procedures.
• Conduct crane operations safely and follow approved lifting plans.
• Provide onboard medical assistance and emergency support where applicable.
• Implement and monitor HSE procedures and safe working practices.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, inspections and emergency drills.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure equipment remains in safe working condition.
• Work effectively as part of a professional offshore crew.

Requirements

General Requirements

• Brunei nationality – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years / 24 months of relevant experience in the rank applied for.
• Previous offshore vessel experience.
• Updated CV detailing vessel assignments, ranks and sea service.
• Valid professional qualifications and certificates applicable to the position.
• Valid offshore safety and medical certificates as required by the role.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in an offshore environment.
• Availability for the expected joining period in April or June 2027.

Position-Specific Requirements

Bosun

• Relevant deck experience and previous experience supervising deck crew.
• Knowledge of deck maintenance, mooring and offshore operations.

Able Bodied Seaman (AB)

• Relevant AB qualification and deck experience.
• Familiarity with deck maintenance and vessel operations.

Rigger

• Relevant rigging experience and applicable competency certification.
• Knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging procedures and safe lifting practices.

Gangway Operator

• Previous gangway-operation experience preferred.
• Relevant training and certification for the gangway system used onboard.

Medic

• Recognized medical qualification and professional registration, where applicable.
• Relevant offshore, maritime or emergency medical experience.

Safety Officer

• Relevant HSE qualifications and offshore safety experience.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, toolbox talks and incident reporting.

Crane Operator

• Relevant crane operator qualification and certification.
• Proven experience operating cranes in offshore or marine environments.
