Job Description

PT. Amancare Group is currently recruiting experienced Indonesian seafarers for several positions onboard a Tug Boat operating in Berau.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same rank and on the same vessel type, hold the required maritime qualifications and have valid SID Berau Coal.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

• Perform all duties associated with the assigned rank in accordance with vessel procedures.
• Support safe and efficient Tug Boat operations.
• Carry out navigation, watchkeeping, deck, mooring, towing or engine-room duties as applicable.
• Maintain vessel machinery, equipment and operational areas.
• Participate in routine maintenance, inspections and safety activities.
• Follow company HSE, safety and environmental procedures.
• Participate in toolbox meetings, emergency drills and onboard safety activities.
• Maintain professional standards and work effectively as part of the crew.

Requirements

General Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same rank and on the same vessel type – mandatory.
• Valid maritime certificates relevant to the applied position.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Valid Seaman's Book and medical certificate.
• Valid SID Berau Coal – mandatory.
• Vessel must be maximum 55 years old according to project requirements.
• Good communication skills and strong safety awareness.
• Physically and medically fit for sea service.
• Ability to commit to a 6-month contract.

Position-Specific Requirements

2nd Officer

• Valid ANT IV (M) or applicable qualification.
• Previous 2nd Officer experience on Tug Boats.
• Relevant deck and watchkeeping experience.

2nd Engineer

• Valid applicable marine engineering qualification, including ATT/engineer certification as required.
• Previous 2nd Engineer experience on Tug Boats.

3rd Engineer

• Valid applicable marine engineering qualification.
• Previous 3rd Engineer experience on Tug Boats.

Oiler

• Relevant engine-room rating qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Oiler on the same vessel type and rank.

Able Seaman (AB)

• Valid applicable deck rating qualification.
• Previous AB experience on Tug Boats.
• Relevant deck and mooring experience.
