Job Description
A leading maritime company is currently seeking experienced and competent seafarers for immediate deployment onboard Tug and Towing Vessels.
Successful candidates will support towing operations, vessel navigation, engine room management, maintenance activities, cargo assistance, and onboard services while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety standards and company procedures.
Candidates with previous tugboat and towing vessel experience will be given preference.
Open Positions
Deck Department
- Master – 1st Class IV Master
- Chief Officer – 2nd Class IV Master
- Able Seaman (AB) – STCW III/4
- Deck Rating (2 Positions) – Basic STCW
- Trainee Ordinary Seaman (Tr. OS) – Basic STCW
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer – MEO Class III (NCV SEO)
- Second Engineer – MEO Class IV (NCV) / SGED
- Oiler – STCW III/4
- Wiper – Basic STCW
Catering Department
- Cook – Valid Certificate of Competency Required
Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support towing and offshore marine operations
- Conduct navigational watchkeeping and vessel maneuvering activities
- Maintain vessel machinery, equipment, and systems
- Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
- Work effectively within a professional maritime crew environment
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous tugboat or towing vessel experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Immediate availability for joining
Officer Requirements
- Towing experience is mandatory for all deck and engine officers
- Valid Certificate of Competency appropriate to rank
- Previous rank experience on tug or towing vessels preferred
Engineering Requirements
- Chief Engineer: MEO Class III (NCV SEO) with minimum 1 year rank experience
- Second Engineer: MEO Class IV (NCV) / SGED with minimum 1 year rank experience
Catering Requirement
- Cook must hold a valid Certificate of Competency
