Jesseena Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently recruiting qualified and experienced maritime professionals for Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) operations in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.
The company is seeking experienced deck officers, DP personnel, marine engineers, ETOs, ratings, tug masters, and catering crew. Candidates must have previous offshore vessel experience and hold all relevant and valid maritime, offshore, and position-specific documentation.
Successful candidates will support safe and efficient offshore marine operations while maintaining high standards of safety, operational performance, and compliance with company and international maritime requirements.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned rank and vessel type
• Support safe offshore supply, marine, towing, and support operations
• Conduct navigation, bridge watchkeeping, DP, engineering, or deck operations as applicable
• Operate and maintain vessel machinery, electrical systems, propulsion equipment, and offshore systems
• Support cargo handling, mooring, towing, and offshore activities
• Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Follow ISM, STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, company HSE, and offshore safety procedures
• Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
• Maintain vessel operational readiness and accurate records
• Support catering, accommodation, and crew welfare services where applicable
• Proven experience working onboard Offshore Supply Vessels / OSVs or similar offshore vessels
• Relevant experience in the same or similar rank
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Certificate of Competency / Certificate of Proficiency appropriate to the position
• Valid Passport, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate
• Relevant offshore and position-specific certificates
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Physically and medically fit for offshore service
• All required certificates and documents must be valid and up to date
Master / Chief Officer / 2nd Officer
• Valid Deck Officer CoC appropriate to rank
• Previous offshore vessel experience required
SDPO / DPO / SDPE Positions
• Valid DP certification appropriate to the position
• Previous DP offshore vessel experience required
VSP Tug Master / ASD Tug Master
• Valid Tug Master / relevant Master qualification
• Previous ASD tug / offshore tug experience preferred
Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer / 3rd Engineer
• Valid Engineering CoC appropriate to the rank
• Previous offshore vessel engineering experience required
ETO
• Valid ETO certification
• Relevant offshore electrical, automation, and marine systems experience
AB / Oiler
• Valid rating certification and STCW documentation
• Previous offshore vessel experience required
Baker / Chief Cook / Cook
• Relevant marine/offshore catering experience
• Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification where applicable
Camp Boss
• Previous catering, accommodation, camp management, or offshore hospitality experience preferred
