A reputable offshore maritime company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members for deployment onboard CTV (Crew Transfer Vessel) and Tug Boats operating in the UK and European offshore sectors.
Selected candidates will support vessel navigation, towing and maneuvering operations, offshore transfers, deck maintenance, and engineering activities while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety and offshore operational standards.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with previous CTV, Tug Boat, towing, dredging, or offshore marine operations experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe vessel navigation and offshore marine operations
- Conduct towing, maneuvering, and anchor handling activities
- Assist with offshore crew transfer operations
- Maintain vessel machinery and technical systems
- Perform deck maintenance and mooring operations
- Ensure compliance with HSE and operational procedures
- Maintain operational readiness and teamwork onboard
Requirements
For UK Operations
- UK FWP required
- UK residents or Irish candidates preferred
- Previous CTV experience advantageous
- Valid medical certificate
- Valid STCW certification package
For EU Operations
- EU national candidates only
- Experience in anchor handling, maneuvering, towing, or dredging operations required
- Valid medical certificate
- Valid STCW certification package
General Requirements
- Previous CTV or Tug Boat experience preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in offshore environments
