Job Description
PT Jasa Internasional Maritim is currently recruiting experienced Indonesian seafarers to join an ASD Tug.
The company is seeking qualified deck and engine personnel for various positions. Candidates must have previous experience in the same rank and on the same vessel type.

Deck Department
- Master (ANT I)
- 2nd Officer (ANT III)
- Ordinary Seaman (Rating Forming) — 2 positions
- Deck Cadet
Engine Department
- Chief Engineer (ATT I)
- 2nd Engineer (ATT III)
- Wiper (Rating Forming) — 2 positions
Job Responsibilities
As per company policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform assigned duties according to rank and vessel procedures
- Support safe and efficient ASD Tug operations
- Carry out navigation, deck, mooring, maintenance, or engine room duties as applicable
- Assist with routine maintenance and operational activities
- Participate in safety drills, toolbox meetings, and emergency procedures
- Maintain equipment and working areas in safe operating condition
- Follow company HSE, safety, environmental, and maritime procedures
- Work effectively as part of a professional Indonesian crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Indonesian seafarers only
- Previous experience in the same rank
- Previous experience on the same vessel type – ASD Tug
- Valid maritime certificates and documents relevant to the applied position
- Valid STCW certification as applicable
- Valid passport, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
Position-Specific Requirements
Master
- Valid ANT I qualification
- Previous Master experience on ASD Tug vessels
2nd Officer
- Valid ANT III qualification
- Previous 2nd Officer experience on ASD Tug vessels
Chief Engineer
- Valid ATT I qualification
- Previous Chief Engineer experience on ASD Tug vessels
2nd Engineer
- Valid ATT III qualification
- Previous 2nd Engineer experience on ASD Tug vessels
Wiper
- Previous experience as Wiper preferred
- Rating Forming qualification as applicable
- Previous ASD Tug experience
Ordinary Seaman (OS)
- Previous experience as Ordinary Seaman preferred
- Rating Forming qualification as applicable
- Previous ASD Tug experience
Deck Cadet
- Relevant deck cadet training and supporting maritime documents
- Previous cadet experience preferred
