Job Description
Polaris Maritime Consulting (PMC) is currently seeking qualified Italian maritime professionals for deployment onboard AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) vessels.
Successful candidates will support offshore marine operations, vessel navigation, engine room management, deck activities, cargo handling, maintenance operations, and onboard services while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and offshore safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced seafarers looking to join dynamic and professional offshore operations under national and international contracts.

Catering Department
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct safe navigation and offshore vessel operations
- Perform watchkeeping duties in accordance with international regulations
- Support anchor handling, towing, and offshore project activities
- Maintain engine room machinery and vessel systems
- Carry out deck maintenance, mooring, and cargo operations
- Perform electrical and technical maintenance where applicable
- Prepare and serve meals for crew members
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime safety standards
Requirements
- Italian nationality preferred
- Valid STCW certification relevant to the applied rank
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) or Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) where applicable
- Previous AHTS or offshore vessel experience preferred
- Valid seafarer medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic offshore environment
- All maritime certificates and documents must be valid and up to date
