BARKLAV is currently recruiting experienced and motivated offshore professionals to join our client’s Walk-to-Work (W2W) vessel fleet, supporting long-term offshore energy projects in the North Sea.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting safe and efficient W2W operations, including personnel transfers and deck activities.
• Performing navigation, engineering, or electrical duties as per assigned role.
• Ensuring vessel safety, equipment maintenance, and compliance with HSE regulations.
• Conducting pre-operation checks, risk assessments, and drills.
• Maintaining professional communication and teamwork across all departments.
• Valid STCW certificates and Seafarer’s Medical.
• Previous offshore / W2W / DP vessel experience required.
• Valid CoC / CoP / DP Certificate (for deck or engineering ranks).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Good safety awareness and teamwork skills.
• Contract Duration: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off (rotational)
