Job Description:
PT. Amancare Crewindo is currently hiring crew for a tug boat operation. The vessel will operate in the Berau, East Kalimantan area, Indonesia.
This opportunity is open for experienced seafarers across deck and engine departments, as well as support crew. The company is looking for candidates with prior experience on similar vessel types and ranks, capable of working in a mixed crew environment.
The role requires professionalism, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform duties efficiently under operational maritime conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and operation of the tug boat according to rank and responsibilities
• Maintenance of machinery, equipment, and vessel systems
• Assisting in towing operations and deck activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Supporting teamwork and communication within a mixed nationality crew
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same rank and vessel type (tug boat)
• All documents must be valid
• Experience working in mixed crew environment
• Maximum age: 55 years
• Good knowledge and professional attitude
