Job Description:
We are currently recruiting crew for Towing Tug Boats engaged in harbor assistance, coastal towing, and offshore support operations. These vessels operate in demanding marine environments, supporting towing, maneuvering, and general marine services. Candidates will join experienced crews on well-maintained tugboats, working under international maritime safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities by Position:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Tug Master
  • Overall command and safe operation of the tugboat
  • Manage towing, maneuvering, and navigation operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Chief Officer / 2nd Officer / 3rd Officer
  • Watchkeeping and navigation duties
  • Assist in towing operations and deck management
  • Supervise deck crew and safety procedures
• 2nd Engineer / 3rd Engineer
  • Operate and maintain main engines, auxiliaries, and machinery
  • Conduct routine inspections and repairs
  • Ensure engine room safety and efficiency
• Electrician
  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems onboard
  • Ensure reliability of power distribution and control systems
• Bosun
  • Supervise deck crew and daily deck operations
  • Ensure proper execution of towing gear maintenance
• AB / Deckhand
  • Perform deck duties, towing operations, and maintenance
  • Assist with mooring, line handling, and safety tasks
• Welder
  • Carry out welding, fabrication, and repair works onboard
  • Support maintenance of towing equipment and vessel structure
• Motorman / TME
  • Assist engineers with machinery operation and maintenance
  • Monitor engine room equipment and systems
• Cook
  • Prepare meals for crew onboard
  • Maintain galley hygiene and manage provisions

Requirements:
• Relevant experience on tug boats or towing vessels
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Valid Seaman’s Book and travel documents
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant position-specific certificates and licenses
