Job Description
Candina Group is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced crew members to join Support & Assistance Vessels under the United Kingdom flag, operating in the Bay of Biscay and around Brittany, France.
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in the required operating language. English is required for Bay of Biscay operations, while French knowledge is required for operations around Brittany, France.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to the assigned rank and vessel procedures.
- Support safe navigation and vessel operations.
- Carry out deck, engine-room, maintenance, or catering duties as applicable.
- Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness.
- Follow company HSE procedures and international maritime regulations.
- Participate in emergency drills and safety activities.
- Maintain professional standards onboard.
Requirements
Master
- Valid Master 200 GT qualification.
- Valid GMDSS certification.
- Relevant maritime experience.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical certification.
Chief Officer
- Valid OOW II/1 Certificate of Competency.
- Valid GMDSS certification.
- Relevant maritime experience.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical certification.
Oiler / Motorman
- Valid Able Engine III/5 certification.
- Relevant engine-room experience.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical certification.
AB / Cook
- Relevant AB / deck experience.
- Valid Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate.
- Valid STCW certificates as applicable.
- Relevant maritime or vessel experience.
General Requirements
- Valid passport and seaman's book.
- All position-specific certificates must be valid.
- Good English communication skills.
- French knowledge required for operations in Brittany, France.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
