Job Description

Winning Logistic is recruiting 6 complete sets of crew for SPB / Cargo Vessels operating in Guinea, West Africa.

Applications are invited from experienced Indonesian seafarers with a strong background in SPB or cargo vessel operations. Candidates must have experience in the same position and hold valid maritime documents and certificates.

The recruitment process will be conducted at the Winning office in Jakarta. Online interviews are not required, according to the original announcement.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Deck Officers: Manage navigation, deck operations, cargo operations, and onboard safety according to rank.
• Engine Officers: Supervise or assist with machinery operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and engine-room safety.
• Electrician: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment onboard.
• Able Seaman: Carry out deck maintenance, mooring operations, and duties assigned by deck officers.
• Oiler: Assist with engine-room operations, equipment monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• Cook: Prepare meals for crew members and maintain galley hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Indonesian nationality; Indonesian seafarers only.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience on SPB or cargo vessels.
• Previous experience in the same position applied for.
• Good English communication skills.
• All required maritime documents and certificates must be valid for at least 18 months.
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC), where applicable to the position.
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
• Valid passport, seaman’s book, and medical fitness certificate.
• Willingness to complete the recruitment process in person at the Winning office in Jakarta.
