Job Description

JI Maritim is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers for deployment onboard a DP2 Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in Indonesian waters.

We are seeking experienced marine engineers, an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) and deck and engine ratings with relevant experience on similar vessel types. Candidates must meet the rank-specific sea-service requirements and hold all mandatory certificates.

Successful applicants should be available for mobilization at short notice.

Open Positions and Salary

Engine Department

• Chief Engineer – 1 position
• 3rd Engineer – 1 position
• Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) – 1 position

Deck Department

• Able Seaman (AB) – 2 positions 

Engine Ratings

• Oiler – 2 positions 

Requirements

Chief Engineer

• Maximum age: 65 years.
• Minimum 24 months of experience in the same rank on the same vessel type (PSV DP2).
• Valid DP Maintenance Certificate – mandatory.
• Valid High Voltage (HV) Certificate – mandatory.
• Valid professional certificates and endorsements appropriate to the rank.

3rd Engineer

• Minimum 12 months of experience in the same rank on the same vessel type (PSV DP2).
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) and relevant endorsements.
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.

Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)

• Minimum 12 months of experience in the same rank on the same vessel type (PSV DP2).
• Valid DP Maintenance Certificate – mandatory.
• Valid High Voltage (HV) Certificate – mandatory.
• Valid ETO certification and relevant endorsements.

Able Seaman (AB)

• Minimum 12 months of experience in the same rank on the same vessel type (PSV DP2).
• Valid STCW certificates and relevant certificates of proficiency.
• Valid seaman’s book and medical fitness certificate.

Oiler

• Minimum 12 months of experience in the same rank on the same vessel type (PSV DP2).
• Valid STCW certificates and relevant certificates of proficiency.
• Valid seaman’s book and medical fitness certificate.

General Requirements

• Indonesian nationality – mandatory.
• Relevant experience on PSV DP2 vessels meeting the requirements for the applied position.
• Valid passport, seaman’s book and medical fitness certificate.
• Valid professional licences, certificates and endorsements applicable to the rank.
• Availability to join at short notice, within approximately one week.
• Good command of English for onboard communication, where required.
