Job Description:

We are recruiting experienced offshore professionals to join an upcoming offshore project scheduled to commence at the end of January / February 2026.
The project involves offshore pipe-lay and heavy lift operations, requiring personnel with proven experience in construction, lifting, and support activities in demanding offshore environments.

The operation will involve complex marine, deck, lifting, safety, and catering support functions. Candidates must demonstrate strong offshore discipline, a safety-driven mindset, and the ability to work efficiently within multicultural offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Safe execution of offshore pipe-lay and heavy lift operations
• Deck operations, lifting activities, rigging, and crane support (deck roles)
• Navigation, vessel operations, and crew supervision (officers)
• Implementation and monitoring of HSE procedures and medical support
• Catering, accommodation management, and crew welfare services
• Compliance with offshore safety regulations, permits, and reporting requirements
• Supporting construction and installation activities onboard

Requirements:

• Mandatory prior experience in offshore pipe-lay and heavy lift operations
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• BOSIET / FOET (as applicable)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in high-risk offshore environments
• Relevant licenses and role-specific certifications (e.g. crane, HSE, medical)
• Documents valid for a minimum of 18 months (recommended)
