Location: Africa (Offshore Vessels)
Job Description:
689 SMCS Offshore is urgently hiring crew for offshore vessels operating in Africa. The company is looking for qualified seafarers with valid certifications for immediate deployment. Candidates with domestic experience are welcome to apply. Work will be performed onboard offshore vessels under standard maritime and safety regulations.
Office address: Gedisco Terrace Building, 4th Floor, Room 404, Roxas Blvd., Ermita, Manila (in front of the US Embassy).
Open positions include: C/O (Limited License), 2/O (OIC License), 2/E (OIC License), 3/E & 4/E (OIC License), Able Seaman (AB 2/4 COP), and Oiler (3/4 COP).
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring safe navigation and operation of the vessel according to rank
• Maintaining and operating engine room and deck equipment
• Complying with offshore safety standards and company procedures
• Performing duties assigned by senior officers
• Supporting safe and efficient offshore operations
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid OIC / COP licenses as required by position
• Domestic experience accepted
• Previous offshore experience is an advantage
