Job Description
TREASG is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Taiwanese seafarers for marine positions based in Vietnam.
The company is seeking experienced deck and engine personnel who hold valid STCW certificates and comply with applicable international maritime requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to rank and company procedures.
- Support safe navigation and vessel operations.
- Conduct deck, mooring, maintenance, or engine-room activities as applicable.
- Operate and maintain vessel machinery and equipment.
- Carry out planned maintenance and routine inspections.
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, ILO, and company safety procedures.
- Maintain operational readiness throughout the assignment.
- Work effectively within a professional crew environment.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Taiwanese nationality is mandatory.
- Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied rank.
- Compliance with all applicable STCW requirements.
- Valid ILO Medical Certificate.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Previous experience in the relevant rank preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
Position-Specific Requirements
Chief Officer
- Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (CoC).
- Relevant deck officer experience.
Second Engineer
- Valid Second Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC).
- Relevant engine-room experience.
Able Seaman (AB)
- Valid AB Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
- Relevant deck experience.
Motorman
- Valid engine-rating certification as applicable.
- Relevant engine-room experience.
