We are currently recruiting qualified and experienced offshore professionals to join an Offshore Support Vessel (SOV) operating in offshore wind farm support operations.
Selected candidates will be responsible for vessel navigation, engineering operations, deck activities, and onboard hospitality management while supporting offshore wind turbine operations. All duties must be performed in accordance with company procedures, offshore safety standards, and international maritime regulations.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven Walk-to-Work (W2W) Service Operation Vessel experience and strong offshore operational awareness.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and maneuvering of the vessel during offshore operations (Captain, Chief Officer)
• Dynamic positioning and offshore support operations (Officers, if applicable)
• Supervision of deck operations, mooring, and cargo handling
• Maintenance and operation of engines, auxiliary machinery, and vessel systems (Second Engineer)
• Supporting offshore wind farm operations and personnel transfers
• Maintaining deck equipment and assisting with vessel maintenance (Able Seaman)
• Managing accommodation, catering, and welfare services onboard (Campboss, Chief Steward)
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, ISM Code, and offshore regulations
• Maintaining accurate operational and maintenance records
• Supporting safe and efficient offshore project execution
• Proven experience in the applied rank on Walk-to-Work (W2W) Service Operation Vessels
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for licensed officer positions
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Offshore safety certificates (BOSIET / FOET / GWO, if applicable)
• Good command of English
• Strong safety awareness and offshore operational experience
• Ability to work in rotational offshore assignments
