Job Description:
Benteng Marine Services is seeking qualified and experienced Indonesian maritime crew to join Crewboat vessels operating in the KSA trade area.
The company is looking for skilled officers and ratings with previous experience on Crewboats, Fast Ferries, or similar offshore support vessels. Candidates must be able to work in an offshore environment, comply with vessel safety standards, and be available for immediate joining.
Open Positions:
Master – USD 220/day
Chief Engineer – USD 160–170/day
2nd Officer – USD 100/day
Oiler – USD 35–40/day
AB – USD 35–40/day
AB / Cook – USD 40–45/day
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Safe navigation, operation, and maintenance of Crewboat vessels.
Performing duties according to rank and ensuring efficient vessel operations.
Maintaining compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and maritime standards.
Supporting offshore personnel transfer and marine operations.
Maintaining good housekeeping and professional standards onboard.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid passport and seafarer documents with minimum 1 year validity.
Good command of English communication.
Indonesian nationality required.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience on the same type of vessel.
Crewboat / Fast Ferry experience accepted.
Valid COC Class III / Class I as applicable.

Employment Details:
Contract Duration: As per company terms.
Salary:
Master: USD 220/day
Chief Engineer: USD 160–170/day
2nd Officer: USD 100/day
Oiler: USD 35–40/day
AB: USD 35–40/day
AB/Cook: USD 40–45/day
